The light slowly drifts from above
The skies grow darker and darker
It will soon come
You feel one
Then two
It immediately starts to pour
Hundreds, thousands
Raindrops all over
You halt your activities
You watch by your window
You can’t go out
You watch by your window
It has a tranquil sound
Noise which calms
You’re grateful
The grass will be greener
The trees will grow higher
The flowers will be healthier
One of nature’s bounty
To heal what was once dry
The grass is greener on this side
The Earth was pleeding for water
Nature has heard her
