The Balancing choice

With his brain, or his heart win?

The Balancing choice

He walks a line, so fine, so thin,

A world beneath, a storm within.

The brain sways left, the heart pulls right,

A fragile dance of day and night.

The pole he grips, a lifeline fraught,

With every step, a tangled thought.

The heart cries “Feel!” with passion’s flame,

The brain declares, “This is a game.”

Above the void, he dares to tread,

Where dreams collide with truths unsaid.

Each step, a choice, each breath, a plea,

To find the man he’s meant to be.

Will logic win, its cold embrace?

Or will the heart set free his pace?

The tightrope hums, the tension sings,

A life in balance, where hope clings.

He walks the line, not left, not right,

But forward still, into the night.

For in the end, the truth is clear,

The balance keeps the soul sincere.
