Tears

Don’t be afraid to let them flow.

By Joe PattersonPublished 2 years ago 1 min read

Don’t be afraid to shed tears. There’s no shame in your water works and knowing that your eyes bled tears.

Some people will say they don’t think you should cry, but longer life comes from you letting out a good cry.

Instead of letting your pain flow, its way more peaceful to release the agony and let the pain go.

You feel the torture and you know it hurts. Don’t worry about the judgement of people who gossip when you show it hurts.

It’s not like letting your tears flow is a sin. The real crime is that you continue to hold it in.

Not everyone can see inside your emotions. We see even less when you hide your emotions.

Don’t be intimidated, let your fears out. Let nothing make you afraid to let your tears out.

Be mindful that self-lying isn’t healthy and never forget that not crying isn’t healthy.

At one point or another, everyone has bled tears. One of our greatest gifts is that we shed tears.
