Tears

So many tears feel like I am drowning in my thoughts

Tears

Tears flow softly,

a quiet release.

Each drop tells a story,

a hidden sigh.

Thoughts swirl inside,

tangled and deep,

Yet as they fall,

the burden feels lighter.

My heart holds moments,

both sweet and tough.

In this stillness,

I let them escape.

Eyes spill what words

cannot share,

Finding a strange peace

in the outpour.

In the end, it’s cleansing,

a way to feel,

Letting go of what’s

hard to keep.

The world feels brighter

after the storm,

And through the tears,

I learn to breathe free.

With each drop, I grow,

both strong and aware,

Embracing the mess,

the beauty in pain.

In this journey,

I find my own light,

Ready to face tomorrow,

renewed and bright.
