YOU would do anything for anyone ,

but would they do the same for you?

YOU have been a rock for so many people,

but when were they there for you?

YOU go out of your way to make their day easier.

but your day ends up harder.

YOU push through immense pain,

so that they dont feel any..

YOU are disabled,

but they think you are able.

YOU use up your resources,

so that they dont have to use theirs.

YOU would spend your last cent,

so that they can save theirs.

YOU give up your time,

so that they can have more.

YOU try and clean up,

when its them who made the mess.

YOU take on their stress,

as if it was your own.

YOU feel guilty ,

when they are the ones at fault.

YOU ask for help sometimes,

that doesnt always come.

YOU always try to please them,

to feel valued and needed.

YOU bottle up your feelings,

and your stomach is in knots.

YOU walk on eggshells,

to avoid any conflict.

What about YOUR life?

are YOU making your life better, or harder?

YOU have to look in the mirror and say NO!

STOP ...think about it..

-does it inflict more physical and mental pain on YOU ?

-will it cost YOU money that you have not budgeted for?

-does it disrupt YOUR plans for YOUR day?

-does it impact YOUR environment?

- are YOU wearing thin YOUR possessions.

-Are YOUR stress levels increasing?

-Is it worth risking YOUR health over?

-is it worth risking YOUR life goals over?

YOU are not reaching YOUR true potential,

because YOU give too much of YOURSELF to others.

Its YOUR time now.

Its time to focus on YOU.

YOU are worth being valued, needed and wanted.

YOU can and will do amazing things.

YOU cant undo what has been done to you,

but YOU can look forward to a better life.

YOU'VE got this!
