Hoist your sails and fasten your masts

Chart your course and stick to it. Avast!

No matter our course we’ll stay our path

And outride all storms and the gods’ wrath.

The skies are clear, and the sea is still.

Mark your maps and don’t let yourselves keel.

For no matter our course we won’t stray,

Or abandon ship, if it goes awry.

Clouds are approaching far from the east.

Never turn west or stray in the least.

For we never flee from war or storm,

Drive onward men! Till we breathe no more!

Lightning and thunder; don’t fear it men!

Destiny guides us and we won’t bend!

Our ship is strong, the Stoic we sail.

All that she stands for lets us prevail.

The clouds have parted, left the sea calm,

Take a breath, boys. Offer God your alms.

Now, mend the sails; cast the dead off ship.

All our weapons sit armed at our hips.

For no matter the threat of the break or the fall,

We’ll never bend, nor break, until death takes us all.
