It’s the smell that hits you first
Something charred, something burnt
Pumpkin spiced alcohol
Party kids getting turnt

The township of October
Has many alleys, many corners
Every nook and every cranny
Has a different weeping mourner

Travel over to the east
You’ll see the undead, zombie priest
Witches making People-Yeast
To bake some bread for their beast

Shoot on up to the north
Fires licking to the sky
Don’t ask what is fueling them
Just tell yourself a little lie

“All the fires in the north
Ones as tall as skyscrapers
They’re just using simple wood
Forget about your missing neighbors”

Make your way to the west
Where the cider is the best
Take some note of that zest
And the burning in your chest

Wonder more about your neighbors
Why’s their house a ghost town?
Think about their spicy ‘tude
And gulp all of that cider down

Mosey down to the south
Marinate in humid air
Werewolves can’t exist here
They got far too much thick hair

But the lizard people thrive
Kid you not, I don’t jive
There’s one way to stay alive
Always carry a beehive

Talk to Jed, on the corner
Sells ‘em cheap, pick one up
It’s a dangerous lifesaver
Wear some pads, wear a cup

Doesn’t matter where you go
This whole town’s a freakish place
Check your neighbors one more time
Call the cops, it’s a case

We got bats, we got ghouls
Drunken ghosts on barstools
Spirits’ spirits’ cool pools
And we’re all a bunch of fools
