The Space Between Our Hearts
Your voice, a feather on the air, Drifts soft and sweet, beyond despair. I close my eyes and hold it tight, A phantom touch, a ghost of light. The moon, our patient messenger, Knows our love, its register. It hums your name upon the tide, A quiet pull I cannot hide. Each night I watch the endless sky, Counting stars with wistful sighs. Each one a letter, each a vow, To bring you here, to bridge the now. Time bends for us, though far apart, It cannot steal you from my heart. The clocks may tick, the days may run, Yet love outshines the setting sun.

Echoes of 1944
Echoes from 1944 Sarah's hands trembled as she opened the worn shoebox she had found in her grandmother's attic. Inside, dozens of letters were delicately wrapped in fading blue ribbon, their edges dulled by time. The postmarks dated back to 1944, and the return addresses led through war-torn Europe. As she delicately undid the ribbon, a short message slipped out: "My dearest Thomas, my love across the vast ocean."
