love poems

Love poems for hopeless romantics; I'm the poet and you're my muse.

Love and Revolution
When have you not been with me in memory? When has your hand not been in mine? A hundred times thanks, that in my nights now, there is no night of separation.

Starving
At times a fear creeps in. Are my bones protruding, does my skin peel away? Is my face gaunt and sallow, my lips cracked and flaking?

I Miss You.
My poetry remembers you, Even my books speak of your name. Each word holds a trace of you, Every page carries the warmth of your smile. How do I tell you? You live in every thought, every moment of mine... Relentlessly, without reason, without demand — you come to mind.

Moments That Passed...🌙
Sometimes, there are moments that pass by, and at that time, we don’t even realize how special they are. They just slip away... silently. And when we finally understand their value... Only memories remain. Scattered, incomplete, yet safely tucked away in the deepest corners of the heart.

People Don't Care.
People don’t care, not the way you dream, Their hearts are like rivers, pulling you back downstream. You wait for a sign, a whisper, a glance,

Omer 22 - 22 piercings. Content Warning.
Relegated to la belle juive. Relegated to a crying villain; claims of crocodile tears. Relegated to something not human without say, without thought, without care. I remain the caricature. I remain fiction. No control allotted or allowed. I am the one who haunts them, nonetheless.

Their lips pressed gratitude into every inch of me. Breathing thank you, over and over again Into every scar and curve. Into every space I once resented.

I Hope They Notice
I hope they don’t stop at your smile—because while it’s beautiful, it’s only a fraction of what makes you glow. I hope they don’t just hear your laugh but listen closely enough to know the difference between the one that’s carefree and the one you use when you’re trying to convince yourself you’re okay.

The Drowning Garden
I planted roses where you drowned, Their roots grew deep to kiss your hair. The petals bloomed black underground, Their perfume thick with drowned despair.

The Librarian’s Last Lover
The library stood choked with dust, Where moonlight bled through broken panes. I traced the shelves with hands of rust, And found your name in scarlet stains.

Love Can Stay Steady, Even When I'm Not
I push them away, again and again. It’s not deliberate, not at first, but it’s there—in the way I retreat into myself when things start to feel too close, too real.
