They can break your heart, but they can't break your soul; poetry about lost love that comforts and uplifts.
Final Goodbye In your last words, I found the end, Of a love we cherished, And couldn’t defend.

Splintered Dreams We dreamed a life, In colors so bright, But the canvas cracked, And faded to night.
Crimson Tears My heart bleeds for you, In crimson tears, A love lost to time, And buried in fears.
Fading Footsteps I walk the path, We once trod together, But your footsteps fade, In the sands of forever.
Distant Shores We sailed on love, To shores far and near, But the tide pulled away, And left me here.
Empty Words Your promises, sweet, Now bitter in taste, Words that meant nothing, In love's cruel haste.
Silent Cry I scream in silence, My heart a quiet storm, For love that was taken, And left me worn.
Wilted Roses Love bloomed in spring, With petals of red, But summer came swiftly, And left them for dead.
Fleeting Glances Your eyes once held mine, In a dance of trust, Now they pass over, As strangers adjust.
Ashes of Us We burned so bright, In the fire of desire, But all that remains, Are ashes of our fire.
Cold Embrace Your touch is a ghost, Haunting my skin, A cold embrace, Where warmth once had been.
Torn Pages Our story was written, In ink of forever, But the pages were torn, And our tale ended never.
