art

Omer 13 - the people’s daughter
The people’s daughter, entering the new world with soot in her eyes, strained vision to find where the rivers converge, only finding the ocean before her and its waves tugging at her feet to return home to the sea calling her back. Whispers and screams carried by cycling wind to and past the veil, carrying her visions, teasing the answers in response through dreamscapes and flora, fauna, lightning strikes. The world speaks — quiet, loud, in tongues and plain language, waiting…waiting for fluency from even one person to carry conversation.

The Myth of Orpheus
Orpheus was the most fantastic musician of all time. It is said that his music was so beautiful that it moved gods, humans, and animals alike. He was truly gifted; his voice could bring about any emotion, and his lyre any rhythm. Despite being the son of Apollo, the god of music, and Calliope, the Muse of epic poetry and eloquence, he remained a noble-spirited mortal.

Grass

In the Silence of Nature
Among the whispers of falling leaves, I hear your longing. Blending with the sigh of the wind, caressing a soul that waits in silence. The sky weaves the colors of dusk, while I gather prayers, hoping you'll find your way home, within the eternal hush of nature.
