Synthestetic Goodbye

Synesthesia

By Kiwani WilliamsPublished 3 years ago • 1 min read

“Ki, I’m leaving you. I can’t do this anymore.”

“Why baby?”

“It’s your women. There’s always someone else.”

“It’s my childhood baby, all the years of neglect.”

She took herself and the dogs and the paintings

and left.

Women are indeed so powerful.

But yet so hurtful.

With their

beautifully colored eyes

and their

beautifully colored dresses

and their

dark-colored souls.

…

But the truth is,

women will always leave.

It's in their nature.

And it never gets any easier.

You just learn to deal with the

life-long

pain

of their

black

& blue

& green

& lavender

colored goodbye.

I write. Not for the money, the glory, or the fame. I write because I have things to say and I'm sure that all of my friends and folks from the bar are tired of listening. Follow me on my journey to the center of the heart; yours or mine.
