Sweet

Sweet is the taste of honey,

Sweeter still the sound of laughter,

And sweetest of all, the love of a friend.

Sweet is the smell of flowers,

Fresher still the air after rain,

And sweetest of all, the breath of a child.

Sweet is the sight of the sunrise,

More beautiful still the sunset,

And sweetest of all, the smile of a loved one.

Sweet is the sound of music,

More soothing still the sound of silence,

And sweetest of all, the peace of mind.

Sweet is the feeling of joy,

More intense still the feeling of love,

And sweetest of all, the happiness of being alive.

So let us all cherish the sweetness of life,

And make the most of every moment.
