"Sunlit Reverie"

"Conversing with the Happy Child Within, a Symphony of Mindful Delight"

In the garden of my mind, a happy child at play,

Where laughter dances, and worries fade away.

With a heart so light, like a butterfly in flight,

I talk to myself, a soul pure and bright.

"Oh, little one, with eyes sparkling like the sun,

In the meadows of joy, our journey has begun.

Let's skip through the fields of dreams untamed,

Where every thought and whisper is warmly named.

With a mind at peace, like a serene stream,

Reflecting the kindness in each sunbeam.

Speak to yourself with words so kind,

In the echo of joy, let your spirit bind.

'Hello, dear heart, in this moment so divine,

You're a masterpiece, a radiant sunshine.

With dreams as vast as the open sky,

Let every heartbeat sing, 'Oh, how time does fly!'

Be gentle, be kind, as the days unfold,

In the story of you, let happiness be told.

Embrace the magic, the wonders untold,

In the symphony of life, let your joy unfold.

Talk to yourself as a friend so true,

In the mirror of love, let your reflection be you.

With every word, with every thought,

Let happiness be the treasure sought.

In the playground of the mind, let laughter ring,

With every memory, let your heart sing.

For the happy child within, forever near,

Whispers, 'In joy, my dear, always steer.'

So talk to yourself, as the happy kid you are,

With dreams like the moon, and wishes that spar.

In the canvas of life, paint colors so wild,

For in the language of happiness, you're forever a child."
