Summer Day

The sun is coming out look at it now

It is so beautiful feeling so warm

The honey bees are buzzing my cat meows

The nectar so sweet causing bees to swarm

The flowers are such a beautiful sight

I can lay here feeling very happy

Breathing in and out feeling all is right

Listening to the day feeling sappy

Watching the glow of the world eyes glassy

Marveled how the little girl beside me

Quick witted blossoming to be sassy

Pondering when did she grow can this be

Enjoying the life of summer all right

Everything is different life will take flight
