Strength is more than just a chain that she wears
It's her heart still beating after scars and tears
It's the beauty blooming at her core
It's the anchor grounding her to the ocean floor
Her emotions are like a current, trying to drown her and wash her away
But, her anchor of strength is like a mountain, here to stay
Her soul yearns for freedom, to soar like a bird
Despite, her negative thoughts and every hurtful word
There is an internal war she has been fighting
Finally, a butterfly emerges from her strength within
She rises above the shadows with dignity
Her strength is everlasting, Infinity
