Stop searching for happiness.
Happiness is neither tangible nor a destination.
Stop searching for happiness.
Happiness is neither tangible nor a destination.
It is something only you can create and a place
where you must decide to reside every day.
Happiness is also not an emotion or our feelings,
but a state of mind that frames our viewpoints.
Shaped by perception and colored by emotions.
If reactions to situations dictate our happiness,
happiness is at the mercy of our environment.
When we allow happiness to dictate reactions
to situations, our environment is at our mercy.
Happiness is not a byproduct of enjoying life.
Happiness is what will allow us to enjoy life.
So, stop searching for happiness. Create it.
