Is stillness attained only reactive to chaos?

Like yin and yang?

I prefer it

Mostly when it storms

When thunder and electricity surrounds

A tornado

What we hold onto, uprooted and destroyed

Crashing into itself, pure destructive chaos

The eye of the storm, is still

When the light from above shines upon you

Protecting you

Guiding you

Removing the fear

Safely in stillness

Those who embody stillness before a fight become the victor

They are present and prepared

Stillness in breath

In vision

In restraint

Channelling their adrenaline

Steady gaze locked on their opponent

From afar they see the challenge ahead

Attempting to taunt, belittle and intimidate

Pure destructive power ready to strike

But they learn from every move

Anticipating every blow

Clocking every pattern

Removing the fear
