Spinning deceit
She waits in silence
Another victim
She will claim tonight
_
Weaving her way
Through the lies
She waits in darkness
For her prey
_
Truth is a stranger
It holds her at bay
Her only weakness
The only danger
_
But deftly she walks
Across the strings
Of deceit she's spun
At their pleas, she balks
_
Her lovers pray
In futility
For her constancy
She will never stay
_
Her deceit she's spun
And in silence she waits
For another victim
The hunt has begun
