Master of words, wielder of language, conquerer of speech. I am the queen in the domain of vocables.

Yet you, you left me...

What was the word again?

Blank.

Staring at an empty page, raging, wondering, hoping for that one part of speech to encompass the vast void you've put in front of me.

Confident, regal, a shining beacon to those around me.

Yet, I'm alone,

in the dark,

without a flashlight.

The light so bright at the end, I'm a moth drawn to the flame of your presence. I look to you.

Once the strength, rock, and pharos I stood my ground.

Yet I fall short,

looking up, wondering,

how do I reach you?

The mountain seems unsurpassable but I am determined to reach you.

Once the master, I am now the novice.

Teach me the wild unknown you've conquered.
