Before new candles are shaped and molded
the sun and moon must make a solemn vow
that they had been carefully considering for a while
but couldn't be sure of until now
To always love, honor, and cherish each other
until forever no longer exists...
and through both good and bad times faithfully promise
to share each others talents, dreams, and gifts
Upon a new candles' arrival, a puff of angels' breath will be required
just like a spark that ignites an ember
this flicker of light will soon grow into a fire
Destiny has finally selected the sun and moon to be a perfect match
New candles will be arriving soon...

Doing it for the troops
The others dropped like flies around me. We fought and struggled to get to this point. I'm the only one left now. The objective is right there. A mere two hundred feet away. The last of my team got a bullet to the head right next to me, but I couldn't do anything. I was able to locate and neutralise the sniper as he shot my friend, so his death was at least not in vain.
