Memories are so powerful

as time carries on

health shields memories throughout your life

neglect your health and you may forget them

health is not doing what you think is healthy

or what you have been told is healthy

healthy is doing what you know is healthy

A great level of health comes from

discipline and a healthy relationship

with the truth

also comes from self love

purpose and motivation

that weeds out any disorganisation

healthy body and a healthy mind

allows experiences to unfold in perfect time

unwind any limitations

that stop you from feeling those moments that do not need explanations

live not to make it safely to the grave

for the experience of life is likely drastically different

to the narrow perception held that blocks the infinite

please none, impress oneself

discomfort one, and that is you

for the deepest joy

comes from trying something new

happiness isn't necessarily a permanent state of being

it takes time to organise the mind

from pessimism to optimism and gratitude

to create a happy attitude

life's wonderful if you allow to be

by letting go and allowing yourself to be free

nothings permanent it all works in waves

allowing things to fall help them rise again

like a wave, like breathing, like the wind

there is a child that resides within everyone

it screams out to you to get your attention

it wants to play and have fun like you used to

a main cause for apathy and depression

is lack of joy and expansion

your inner child is always expresses itself

it's not like you can turn it off

so make sure you create a way

to live in a fun creative way

Bury your feet in dirt and sand

encapsulate joy by using your senses

hold a loved one by the hand

breath into the presence

of the moment, the essence

Expand your awareness

let things unfold

without constriction

or affliction

lead with love

and not fear

dance among the cheer

feel you close

feel you near

Face the truth

stare it in the face

hold steady in place

smile at the bullies

as they are your teachers

thank them for the lessons

for the times they gave you inspiration

that sparked you into a profound creation

As I am the luckiest person alive

anything I do I do with pride

look around and you'll see things working in my favour

don't try to find it in the newspaper

listen to the birds and the trees

sun, moon

crickets, and the breeze

Happiness has been within you all along

for you to reveal

depending on deeply you allow yourself to feel.
