If you haven't met the right person, a serious partner, or someone who remains steadfastly committed to you, then live your life well on your own.

The solitude of being alone is freedom; the solitude of being with the wrong person can strip that freedom away. No one dies from being single, but some slowly lose their will to live because they chose the wrong partner. Sometimes, loss brings more peace than possession.

If you can’t find a love where both parties are willing to grow closer and walk together, then enjoy the freedom and joy of being alone. Truly, being single isn't scary at all; what is scary is feeling single even when you are in a relationship. When you feel lonely within a partnership, even the simple freedom of being alone becomes a luxury.
