Silent waves

Disconnected

Fine lines so burnished, it blurs into the image

the two become one, with no effort, at all

No words are needed, can't be contained in a language

destined we were, without breaking the fall

Mesmerized we stood; velvet waves swayed between us

nothing but blinking, embellished the stare

Spanning the space between lover and lust

so smooth was the feeling, like we were walking on air
