Silent Hearts

When Love Doesn't Speak.

A thousand tiny hearts,

All lit dimly and floating around this room,

Their lights fade when the heart is silent.

Delicate, fragile;

Their sparkle fading;

With no words of love to feed the electricity

that should be there.

A thousand tiny hearts;

Still, and not beating,

Silent;

Just like this room.

Silent hearts,

When love doesn't speak;

Silencing the music,

The joy,

The sparkle.

Love needs words,

Joy,

Warmth,

Openness,

Freedom,

Electricity,

and light.

Love cannot survive in silent hearts;

There is no love language,

When love doesn't speak.

Silence is love's biggest killer,

Whilst words set it free.

So please;

Give your love language'

Unconditionally.
