Shivering Silence

Where do you go to invoke silence in your mind?

Shiver wakes the silence, echoing from the caverns of sensibility; shredding, I am shredding, never still.

Ignited by persistent idealism, smothering rising winds of my infirmities; heart inflamed, palpitations intensifying.

Lurred by a liberating landscape of dark skies, and launching stars that are leading; looming shadows are disappearing, no longer lurking.

Elation returns among the protection of frosted eaves- eaves I cast my worth upon to hold my burdened essence; exhilarating warmth rises from the escarpment.

Nurturing my own value that long has been neglected, invasive weeds posing as my needs; nudging closer, ever closer to the edge of my necessities.

Cold air exhales my cognition. Made into song by waking, cawing, crows; calm, I am calm

Exburent early morning silences exclamations- exclamations after every thought rising and exploding; euphoric serenity reminds me of my existence.
