Spiced by a deadpan delivery from the innocuos fake blonde.

She one of many wanting to shine

In a digital news paradigm

with that mousy voice flatly uttering

that the

"Dying are multiplying."

Her incantation like all the others -

With no discernible gravity.

I wonder if she fears she too would get left behind

or is too vapid to think along the front line.
