A broken heart is like a shattered glass,

Once whole, now fragments that won't quite pass.

Memories linger, wounds yet to heal,

Pain and sorrow that's hard to conceal.

Love once bloomed, now a distant dream,

A future uncertain, a past supreme.

What once was joy, now just empty space,

Replaced with heartache, a constant chase.

But in the cracks, a glimmer shines,

A hope for healing, a new love to find.

For though the heart may be temporarily broken,

It will mend and grow, a vow unspoken.

So hold on tight, to the love you've known,

And trust the journey, it will lead you home.

Where hearts mend and love is finally free,

And happiness will bloom, eternally.
