Shaming the Dawn

Lunacy of Love

By Nicole CelenceviciusPublished 3 years ago 1 min read

In the shimmering liquefied dawn-light gradients of reds and oranges converge.

A sky set aflame burning away the sleepy stratus clouds dully clinging to the awakening Earth.

Sunshine burns away the fattened droplets of dew evaporating effortlessly from the surrounding fauna.

A prismatic cacophony of color emerges as the sun takes her position in the celestial sky.

Lovers entwined unfurl and unwind like a fern reaching for the first lick of light fighting through shadows.

She gazed into his dreamy deep burnt umber eyes.

Bedlam eyes. Drunk in the lunacy of love.

Concurrently the lovers cleaved creating vibrant tonal hues all their own and erupting fractions of light which rivaled the maiden sun.

Burning too brightly the day banished them back to the night to illuminate the darkness with a million twinkling stars.
