Shades of Blue

ive always been

50 shades of

blue,

but baby

when you came

you showed me that were

other

crayons to color with

and now

im yellow

like the

s u n.

i am

red

with

e n e r g y

and

p a s s i o n,

like

f i r e.

i am

swimming in seas of

green.

a

g o d d e s s

of nature,

a force not to be reckoned with.

i am

blue.

c a l m,

with a hint of

c o o l n e s s

that leaves your palms

itchy for more.
