Sex On The Beach
The tide leans close, it whispers low,
Salt on skin, a burning glow,
Your shadow falls across my chest,
A silent pull, no time for rest.
The night is thick with hidden fire,
A breath, a glance, a dark desire,
No words are said, yet all is known,
In waves that claim what we have sown.
The moonlight drips along your face,
A haunted calm, a reckless grace,
Your fingers trace a fragile line,
Between the lost, and what is mine.
The ocean roars, then pulls away,
Like hearts that never choose to stay,
We meet between the rise and fall,
A moment, that consumes us all.
No promise held, no future made,
Just heat that blooms, then starts to fade,
The sand remembers where we lay,
Though we are gone before the day.
Your eyes hold storms I cannot read,
A hunger born from deeper need,
I stand, yet feel the undertow,
That drags me where I should not go.
The wind is sharp, it cuts through skin,
Like truths we bury deep within,
Still I remain, I do not flee,
Though something here is breaking me.
You turn away, no final word,
No echo left, no voice is heard,
Just fading steps along the shore,
And silence, louder than before.
The sea will keep what we have done,
A secret lost beneath the sun,
No trace of fire, no trace of breath,
Just quiet waves that taste of death.
And I will walk this edge alone,
Where heat and sorrow both have grown,
A night that burned, then slipped away,
Like love that never chose to stay.
