You woke up in the morning,
Rubbed your eyes apart,
To take in the world again,
Inside your mental landscape.
Sculpted by your desires,
Your admires,
Your world view,
Your thoughts.
The mental landscape,
Is your creation,
It can be bucolic scene,
Or a bustling one.
It can be on the top,
Of the highest mountain,
Or in the heart of,
The most rambunctious city.
For whatever it may be,
It should give you peace,
Not take you apart,
Piece by piece.
For whatever it may be,
It should be peaceful,
It should be your peace,
It should be serene.
