She walks alone, a silent muse,

A mystery to all she chooses.

An introvert, independent too,

A girl with a heart that's true.

She keeps her thoughts and feelings close,

But there's a boy, who's caught her eye,

A crush she keeps, deep inside.

She watches from afar, as he goes by,

Wishing she could tell him, "Hi!"

But her words are locked, in a cage,

For fear of rejection, or to feel incomplete.

She'll hold on to this crush, forevermore,

A silent admirer, forevermore.
