An Ode to Her (SMD if it were glittery and nice)

She who whispers into the wind,

a new song dripped in gold

laying in a

field of roses,

delights in the splendor of new flavor.

She giggles with innocent abandon

and blushes under the heat of the sun.

She is the safety blanket for which I beseech

in the midst of ghosts haunting my night.

She's the light who flutters like butterflies

to kiss the dangers of the day away

off the for of your head.

There's no love like hers.

There's no hug like hers.

There's no letter, or note,

that makes me smile like hers.

And so tonight, a letter in awe of her,

I write.

No words could ever truly paint such angelic sight.

No rhyme could give all the things I love about her reason.

Yet still, with such a lack of words to devote to her,

my love for her will not weaken.
