Roses
Kilanse Okikiola(whatarewedoing?)

In sweet memories of the one who died bitterly for love,
A rose he got,
But the thorns came haunting,
Had he known he would have made money first,
Or probably buy a gun to save his head when the need comes.

She would grovel at another feet,
Even if it's for a cent,
He overlooked cheating cause of love,
He said it's all okay,
As fate would have it, it's all okay.

He forgot winners becomes king and losers vilified,
So he had to watch on, how his ally became a cat,
This is past heartbreak,
He failed to listen to the voice that said,
“All of these hoes are one thing, that's pretentious ”
