with you seasons are

nigh bearable, and i can

tread rockiest earth.

fire still falls upon

me, but i ache for no drop

to satisfy thirst.

winds pull me to my

knees—or they would, without your

steadying, soft hands;

every element

spread before your gaze dares not

drift from your demands.
