Ripples

like the sound of falling leaves

By Trinity HPublished about a year ago • 1 min read

And when the sun hits the surface of the water-

The surface of the stream-

And when the light dances on the-

why are you haunting me

-stream, think of me

And when the light dances on the surface of the stream-

And when the light dances through the ripples of the leaves

THINK OF ME

I hope it spells peace, for you- for me.

When the first bird sings, let the sound wash over you-

Strip you clean, for you- for me

Let the light dance through you

Shine

Glow

Fall

don’t think of me

don’t think of me

don’t think of me

And when the light dances through the ripples of the leaves,

I hope it spells peace for you- for me.

When the first bird sings, let the sound strip you clean.

Let the light fall.

Don’t think of me.
