Push... Push... Push...

R i p T e a r S h r e d

Push... Pull... R i p T e a r S h r e d Me

Push... Push... Push...

---------Pull... Me Under

Push... Push... Push...

---------Pull... me back, forth, back, forth

Push... Pull... R I p T e a r S h r e d Me Back, Forth, back, forth

Push... Push... Push...

---------Pull... me out of the wreckage

Push... Push... Push...

---------Pull... me back in, begin, again

Push... Push... Push...

---------Pull... me from the things I... love

Push... Push... Push...

---------Pull... me and never

let me go

Push... Pull... R i p T e a r S h r e d me

to pieces

Push... Pull... R i p T e a r S h r e d me back and forth

Push... Pull... R i p T e a r S h r e d me a p a r t

---------plagued...

by their memory

I... I... I...

----I...

Struggle

*

----------Pulled... this one out my ass

like all the others that made the pass

Sometimes when hanging over the toilet

is when the creativity bites, and I...

I...

Struggle

The older I... get...the wiser I... get? At least in principle.

the less intolerant to intolerance I... get

The more I...

-----------despair

at the decisions of those in power

at the choices of those with no power

other

-------than

the freedom or perceived freedom to choose between

good and bad, kindness and cruelty, love and hate

Neurotic tectonic plates shift more erratically

with every passing day, week, month, year

*

The line between isolophobia and autophobia increases the dementophobia that g r i p s me when I... sit in the quiet moments of the night

Cleisiophobia takes hold of my mind, as the walls around me feel as much of a protection as an imprisonment.

But, is kenophobia really better than the chaos that exists inside my mind?

Athazagoraphobia weighs heavily on my mind, over everything else. Is it arrogant and haughty to want to be remembered and given attention?

To sought the glory I...

need

I...

struggle

----------Pulled... this out my ass

talking out my ass

I... know

-----------I... know

when people say that it is to demean, to disavow and dismiss

but, when I... am naked in the shower, or hanging over the throne of porcelain

my best ideas come to fruition, my worst ideas ferment and hold me, imprison

me

have I... peaked much too too soon... that holds me, g r i p s me, R i p s me ass-under

Push... Pull... R i p T e a r S h r e d me, own me, make me, transform me, mould me, back, forth, back, forth

I...

struggle

I... thought it might be fun to sit and think of expressions, phrases, nuggets of golden life advice

Don't chase the unknown blindly, don't strive for perfection, don't settle for mediocre

I... thought it would help, that it might give people a template, a checklist, of golden life advice

Don't stick your darting, investigative tongue too close to the grass, urination is no celebration

Don't let those who love you, lead you into trouble, without reason

*

Push... Pull... give me a taste

R i p, T e a r a kiss of cheeks

S h r e d as liquid leaks

back, forth d-rizzle me in lust

back, forth d-rench me if you must

I... struggle,

skin

to

skin

to let go, sensual connection

R i p foreskin foreshadows foreclosures on desire

S h r e d the great release, catharsis

Push... Pull... vulvic eruption, passion implosive

Push... Push... Push... as lava seeps

I... struggle passion-burnt flesh

I... struggle... I...

need to Push... Pull... R i p T e a r S h r e d, back, forth, back again
