A reminder that we all must take time to rest

In a valley warm and free,

My Father walked and talked with me.

"Lie down, my child, and rest," He said.

"What for?" I asked "I'm full of life, not dead.

Look at me, Lord, my life is great.

I am sure to have a wonderful fate."

Night fell as I continued to pride in myself,

Telling the Lord of my riches and wealth.

Then He said to me, "Come with me, my child, come,

And I will how you riches of an enumerable sum.

Do you see those stars way up high?

I placed them there up in the sky.

The heaven is my kingdom and the earth my footstool.

I rule over the wise to the lowest fool.

Now sit down for a moment and you will see,

That out of we two, the best is Me.

So even though I Am the best,

I still took out the time to rest."
