Why can't you just leave me be?
You've burned a hole in my chest where my heart used to be‐
I hate to say that this hurt is simply what I'm used to seeing,
but with every season that passes, you continue to tease me
tearing my mind into two, all for your pleasing.
Your ruin is ruthless,
and you scar without mercy‐
You enjoy your role as a character in these Tales of Torment,
re-scripting what I write into your twisted fantasy‐
other than this torture, you have nothing to offer me...
LEAVE!
You, and Desire both‐
if being absent of you two makes me inhuman...
then so be it.
Remove your yourselves from the sight of my eyes‐
rung dry of their tears and robbed of their color,
my eyes can no longer stand the sight of you‐
