Oh, mirror, thou art a silent confidante,
Reflecting the truths that we oft can't confront.
With surface clear, thou grant us a sight,
Of selves revealed in the morning light.
Thou art the guide to our outward grace,
Revealing smiles or tears on our face.
In thy reflection, we find a tale,
Of joys and sorrows that life entails.
Thy glass, a portal to another realm,
Where dreams and fantasies overwhelm.
With each gaze, we ponder and seek,
The depths of our souls that lie so deep.
Thou stay steadfast through passing years,
Witnessing laughter, anguish, and tears.
A witness to time's unyielding flow,
As we grow older, and wisdom grow.
O mirror, humble and mundane,
Thy power to evoke thoughts profound,
In thy gaze, we find solace gain,
An ode to thee, beauty unbound.
