Red silk, milky eyes

Green grass willows

By Melissa IngoldsbyPublished 4 years ago • 1 min read
My Goddess Moon-Milk Eyes

shone like inkling twilight

Your large saucer eyes fill my mouth with ladled cream

For no one else this poet writes of

With galaxy spirals and moonshine silks

That soak red into my green grass soul

An elixir you mixed up in a crystal ball

With luminous beams that helped heat it up with our dreamscapes and frantic air clouds of secret pinging whispers

The one you masterfully penned,

You wrote our destiny in stars,

One star, one audience

For you

I stare across your billowing platform

Your heart I so long to have

My willow jade leaves soon scuttle along the bay,

Tattered, but whole inside to swoon to be across your milky expanse

Only because of one, you,

Moon Milk Eyes 💕
