Red Lace Lady

She walks into the candlelight,

In scarlet lace, a tempting sight,

Her crimson lips, her knowing smile,

Could make a saint forget a while.

Her perfume lingers in the air,

A silken ribbon through her hair,

She moves as though she owns the night,

And sets a thousand hearts alight.

Her fingertips brush down his chest,

She knows the place where kisses rest,

One whispered word, one wicked grin,

And all his careful walls fall in.

Her dress slips softly from her shoulder,

The night grows warm, his kisses bolder,

She draws him close against her skin,

And lets the sweetest trouble in.

The moon peeps through the windowpane,

As fingers trace her waist again,

She laughs and whispers, "Take your time,"

While midnight bells begin to chime.

Her red lace falls upon the floor,

Two shadows dance behind the door,

No promises of endless years,

Just stolen kisses, breathless tears.

By morning light, she's dressed once more,

Her scarlet heels beside the door,

She leaves a kiss upon his face,

And disappears with velvet grace.

So if you meet her late one night,

Beneath the stars and pale moonlight,

Beware the smile, the eyes that shine,

The red lace lady, so divine.
