I was there but you didn't see me

I was talking to you but you didn't hear me

I was waiting but you kept leaving

I was hoping when you were still deceiving

You brought me rain when the sun was up

You brought me clouds when blue skies were above

You brought me hurricanes whenever rainbows would come

You brought me damaging weather instead of better days with my luck

I wish I never met you

I wish I could forget you

I wish I didn't waste any time with you

I need to do what's best for me

I need to move on and let things be

It is now clear to me
