Rain's Embrace

Finding Comfort in the Storm

"The Comfort of Rain.

The rain took pity on me that April afternoon.

The rain and the sky noticed how my internal drought was growing with each passing day.

Its first kiss landed on my forehead, just like your sweet kiss in our first December.

The second one fell on my lips, reviving countless passionate moments.

The third one went straight to my heart, knocking on its door to revive its withered lawn.

The rain started kissing me with more intensity, breathing life into what had died after your departure.

And the rain concealed my suppressed tears, which cried out their pain vehemently.

And the rain embraced me on that April afternoon, making me feel that I would be okay without you.

And it advised me to treasure the good memories and to enjoy this moment.

And the noble rain didn't leave me; it gifted me a thousand more kisses, filled with solace and warmth.

And my tears, their pain, fell silent because they understood their true priorities.

And, even though I wasn't kissed by you this afternoon, I smiled; because the rain reminded me that it wasn't just you who made me happy."
