Radiant Rays

Radiant rays, rising sun,

Rainbow, radiant, rays begun,

Rays of red, yellow, and fun,

Radiant rays, rising one.

Rising, radiant, rainbow hues,

Reaching, radiant, rays diffuse,

Rhapsodic, radiant, rays enthuse,

Radiant rays, rising muse.

Radiant rays, reflecting light,

Raindrops, radiant, rays in flight,

Rousing, radiant, rays in sight,

Radiant rays, rising might.

Radiant, resplendent, rays sublime,

Risen, radiant, rays of time,

Reverie, radiant, rays of climb,

Radiant rays, rising prime.

Rainbow, radiant, rays of love,

Reveling, radiant, rays above,

Rhythmical, radiant, rays thereof,

Radiant rays, rising dove.

This type of Poetry is known as Tautogram poetry; a type of poetry where all the words in each line or stanza start with the same letter. The first letter of each word is called the "key letter" or "initial letter." The key letter is usually repeated throughout the poem to create a cohesive and harmonious effect.
