When I'm alone, I am calm.
Silence is the sound of my peace.
No rushing rivers or winds blowing through the trees can compare.
But when I see you. My heart beats like an African drum.
My mind runs like a restaurant during a lunch rush.
But my eyes are still and focused on what God has shown me is the true definition of beauty.
My ears then flee from silence and dive into the essence of your voice.
Your heart, soul, and love- is my new found peace.
