“Time doesn't heal wounds

But it does take time to heal,

That's why I graciously thank you

Because the pain was to much to deal..

I am fully healed now thanks to you

But I know you are still in pain,

That's why I tread lightly & vow to never hurt you

Because I know what's like so we won't go through it again..

I got you & you got me

In this life that's all we need

So ease your worried mind & rest your heart

As we walk this journey together in this Life We Lead
