Portals of Lost Memory
I'm just going to get that thing

I was just sitting there
Quiet
Peaceful
Calm
When all a sudden found myself wandering other rooms
The reason being something
On my tongue
The tip
It looms
I stood up for a reason and the reason isn’t clear
Maybe what I’m looking for is here
Or here
Or here?
Its queer, I fear
I wander aimless
Through the halls and busy spaces
What the mighty doom
It was
That I should have misplaces
In my brain
Arcane
I start to feel a bit insane
So I return where I began
And then, no sooner do I sit;
In shame
When I exclaim: the thing, by name!
Up again through a doorframe
But I was just sitting there
Quiet
Peaceful
Calm
