Full of Ideals that are diverse
Derived by lyricists and poets
Sung by our laureates
With lines from psalms
Words we wish to express are on the tip of our tongues
All written with care and grace
Each line in its order and place
To continue its harmony and rhyme
Which last through the ages of time
Beauty from words that capture our hearts
Wisdom from phrases that never depart
As we keep these poetic lines in our minds
There are poems used to entertain mankind
And there are others written as messages to all
For every one great and small
Poetry is what we all have been inspired to write
